Feed your printer the Filament of the Gods! Ambrosia Filament’s Premium ASA-CF combines a 100% Virgin Grade-A resin base with long-chopped carbon fiber strands. Free of cheap filler additives, this industrial compound delivers a butter-smooth extrusion pipeline. By embedding premium carbon fiber elements, the base ASA is transformed into an ultra-rigid matrix that yields outstanding structural stiffness, increased dimensional stability, and phenomenal cross-layer mechanical adhesion.

As the natural high-performance successor to standard ABS, our ASA structural foundation brings exceptional impact resistance, high thermal thresholds, and complete UV weathering protection to your production queue. Due to the high density of true carbon fiber fill, finished components feature a premium, deep-matte technical finish (Note: Due to the dark nature of raw carbon fiber, bright, neon, or fluorescent color options are not possible).

⚙️ CRITICAL HARDWARE REQUIREMENT:
The chopped carbon fiber strands embedded in this material make it highly abrasive to standard desktop hardware. Printing with a standard brass nozzle will cause instantaneous bore wear and volumetric failures. We strongly dictate upgrading to a premium hardened tool-steel or Tungsten Carbide nozzle to maintain accurate extrusion geometry.

⚠️ ENCLOSURE & AIRBORNE PARTICLE PROTOCOLS:
To prevent warping, splitting, and structural separation over large surface areas, running an enclosed print chamber is highly recommended. Because heating styrene composites releases Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), and processing carbon fibers introduces specialized handling risks, always execute prints in a well-ventilated space using appropriate HEPA/carbon extraction. Do not sand or post-process raw components without wearing a personal respirator and protective gloves.

Bambu AMS Friendly Packaging:
• Spooled securely on eco-friendly, fully recyclable cardboard spools optimized for clean translation in standard Bambu Lab AMS units.
• Manufactured to a strict ±0.03mm diameter tolerance to prevent internal toolhead binding and maximize volumetric accuracy.
• Net Weight: 1KG of 1.75mm filament, vacuum-sealed with an active moisture-absorbing desiccant bag.
• Spool Temperature Constraint: Core assembly glue is rated to 70°C. If baking or drying your spool at elevated ranges, utilize a printed outer spool ring clamp.
